Whether you want to go formal or go casual, I use engagement sessions as a time set aside for my couples and I to get to know one another.

Your engagement session wears many hats:

Time set aside to get to know your photographer and for your photographer to get to know you — so that you’re comfortable with the photographer that’s going to be by your side all day on your wedding.
Document a special time in life (no matter how long you’re married, you’re only engaged for a short period of time.)
Create a special moment in time for you and your fiancé to look back on. Think of what makes your relationship unique. What makes you, YOU? Let’s go to your favorite place, let’s do your favorite things. I want an intimate space to really get to the core of who you are.

All of my wedding packages include engagement sessions free of charge because I value the time spent getting to know my couples before their wedding day. But if you’re looking to just do engagement photos, we can do that, too.
