Katie & Chad | Beauty in the Light

I’ve always been a fan of sunlight. I have a small tattoo of the sun on my leg.

But this sunlight was a on a different level. We wanted the engagement session to be as simple as possible — focusing on nothing other than the way the light dances on their skin. The light did more than that. It set the entire scene.

Taking engagement photos in Springfield, especially at sunset, is really a photographer’s dream. Here in the midwest, we’re blessed with incredible soft light at sunset.
